How to create a survey
Click “Create survey” and you immediately get a draft with participation and admin links. In the editor you set title, description and closing text, add questions and configure settings such as anonymity or result visibility. Participants can only respond after publishing.
The admin link is personal – store it safely because it grants full access to editing, status changes and export. Share the participation link with your audience. With public results you also receive a separate results link.
Question types and structure
Supported types include single choice, multiple choice, short and long text, and rating scales. Required questions, categories and help text aid clarity. For multiple choice you can set minimum and maximum selections. Multi-page surveys show one question per page – ideal for longer questionnaires on mobile.
Privacy and result visibility
You decide whether participants stay anonymous, may optionally provide a name, or must identify themselves. Results can be admin-only, visible to participants after submit, or available via a public link. Free-text answers can optionally be hidden from participants.
After the first submission some structural changes are restricted to keep existing answers consistent. CSV or JSON exports allow further analysis in spreadsheets or BI tools.
